After learning how toxic and unregulated most food and personal care products really are — packed with endocrine disruptors, hormone-altering chemicals, heavy metals, microplastics, and synthetic fragrances — we knew we had to make a change. We committed to a lifestyle centered around clean air, clean water, and nutrient-dense, organic foods raised through regenerative practices. But most importantly, we became intentional about what we put on our skin — and our children’s.
